1) Campus Graduates from Technology Institutes

2) Campus Graduates from Management Institutes
At L&T Infotech, transition from academic to corporate life is a learning experience as they provide right guidance at the right time. When you join us, you go through a training program which covers topics such as:

After this intensive training, you are allocated to respective Business Unit (BU)/Group, wherein you receive on-the-job training under a mentor.
